Successfully Convinced District Attorney To Refer Medicaid Fraud Cases To HRA For Civil Resolution

Represented Medicaid recipients whose cases were referred to the District Attorney’s Office. After meeting with prosecutors, we convinced them not to file charges and refer the cases back to the HRA for a civil resolution.
